can't move widgets

I can't move portal widgets in portal structure edit. Before i could move but its not moving up,down,side else in any way. I have to delete the widget to put it in the position i want by deleting and re-adding it. Why is it happening?

Lol, can move it in mozilla. But can't in chrome. Anyboy knows why this problem is occuring?

Chrome has quite a number of issues while accessing Forumotion, nothing can be done about it.
Firefox is best suited for Forumotion.
