Transparent on phpBB3

I already entered the code for a transparent that I found on another topic into the CSS stylesheet, however, my forum is not appearing to be transparent.

This is the code I used.

#wrap{
background: transparent !important;
}

Is this a reoccurring problem, or am I doing something wrong?

Do you also want the background of the forums transparent? It worked when I tried it on your forum.
