Buttons dissapeared

hello. i opened a similar topic the other day but it seemed that the problem is not solved. I thought it was the version that did that but none of my members can post anything in the forum. The only ones that can post are admins. Why is this happening?

I think you made your foum on holiday. That the only thing I have in mind.
You have this option: AP>>General>>Forum>>Configuration
