where do i give permission for html in posts

It says the html is off.Where do i turn it on for posts?

Admin panel->Users&Groups->User Settings->User Settings->Allow HTML->Yes

For allowing html, you should additionally check your profile / preferences if it still doesn't work.

And no, you can't import your other forums database - you'd have to move the users/posts manually if thats possible.
