Admin Panel // General // Category & Forums // Click Permissions // Advanced Permissions // Un-check edit own post // Save

Do this for the sections that you want./

coz im doing what you said on each forum, not each category

when i click categories and forums,

there's no permission link that you said, only forum permission control
