A User Is Trying To Exploit Me As Being Bad

I certainly did not register to this site, clearly the Admin has a grudge against me and is trying his best to exploit me as being bad. 

Is there ANY way you can remove the topic within the link and ban the IP address? I know you aren't the owner, but I would like to hope you'd like to help me.

If for example, he posts your personal information(such your full name, address, picture etc.), this is against FM's TOS. 'Til then, you can ignore such immature posts.

OK, no problem, I've had a chat with a member of a forum I use and decided it's best to ignore him, and plus the post wouldn't get much publicity anyway.
