New registations going to spam

my new member registrations have been sent to my spam folder in my email?  when i click on it in there i cant approve their request to join my site.  how can i fix this?  it has just started happening in the last week or so.  i also need to know how to approve the folks that have already went through the process but the email was sent to  my spam and i can not see any of there info to clear it or approve it.  thank you

I would mark those emails as not spam and remove them from the spam folder. You can activate accounts here : Administration Panel > Users and groups > Inactive users
