Re: NEW REGISTATIONS
Hi there,
What registration requirements option did you enable? Admin Panel --> Users and Usergroups --> User Options --> New Accounts Activation
Regards.
EDIT: Okay, I tested it and registered myself but they are registered by email verification.

Okay, take it easy. I am only trying to help. I understand it's frustrating. What was the option you had before, or what happened after someone registered?
Re: NEW REGISTATIONS
what part of my messages dont you understand ? always 2 emails from you to advice of new register applicant 2nd for us to allow or ignore ,,,,then any tom [Language] or wally automatically accepted without admin knowing ... we/ admin did not cause that......we would no know how even if retarded enough to want to... were not that dumb or savey
Re: NEW REGISTATIONS
I am not saying you are dumb, never even thought of it. And I am sorry if I sound like I don't understand your messages, but what you are explaining sounds like the 'admin' option. What option do you have active now?

Please calm down and take an easy, Draxion is only trying to help.
As for how this happened, it was probably caused by an issue with an update. As Leviosa explained in this topic: https://help.forumotion.com/t148530-change-to-admin-panel-settings-help
Leviosa wrote:Hello,
Thank you for reporting this problem. After verification, it turns out, in fact it comes from our end.
In fact, it is a mistake in the execution of a script intended to update the value of these fields on some forums with spams that caused this problem !
This had the side effect the passage of the option to enable users to "administrator" or "Automatic" to "members" on some forums!
Unfortunately it is impossible for us to recover the initial value of this field. Nevertheless the forum administrator is free to change this option again depending on what he wants.
Sorry for the mistake and the inconvenience !
All you have to do is simply change it back to 'admin' and the issue will be resolved.

Re: NEW REGISTATIONS
As I explained in my post above yours and even quoted Leviosa our pro admin who explains that this was caused by mistake by an update to a code that was performed a few weeks back serverside.
All you have to do is re tick the option back to 'admin' in ACP (admin panel)-->User & groups--> User options-->New account Activation-->Tick to 'admin' and save.
This will resolve your issue and make it so only admins on your forum can activate accounts on your forum.
