Unable to Login Utils

Hi Guys,

Please let me know how to log in to the Utils system

I tried using my registered email id and also my forum link..

Kindly advice.. Because i want to change to my default theme..

Tried 1 >>>> http://ptcmagnet.userboard.net

Tried 2 >>>> www.ptcmagnet.userboard.net

Tried 3 >>>> ptcmagnet.userboard.net

Hello ptcraghavan,

You can sign in with your forum link + the password used at creation of your forum.

Okay, and you're sure you're placing the correct password? If you changed your password on your forum it doesn't mean the founder password is changed.

The founder's utility tool works for me. I'm sure it is also working for everyone else. What message does it give you when you try to connect?

best thing to do is to ask for a password change by one of the staff here

APE is correct, if you can't still log into your utilities then please see the above thread and contact myself or another manager and we'll get you into the utilities.
