How to restore a deleted post from Utils

Hello

Could someone advise how I can restore a deleted thread/post from a backup rather than the whole forum using Utils.

Log in > Backup System Tab > Backup Type:  Messages & Users > Pick Date > Press Validate

There is not an option just for messages.

Wouldn't doing this remove all posts that have been posted after the backup date though?

No you have to do 2 backups the closest date to before you removed the post and then the one that is at the top of your list of dates ..the posts will be there you just need to bump them to get them to show in the forum again.

don't worry there will be no loss of your threads and posts they just may not show until you read the forum again.
