Restore a Deleted Forum

Is there anyway to get a forum back if you deleted it?

Note: I do not have any backups.

Could you give me the address of the old forum? If so, I can ask our Pro Admin if its possible to recover the forum.

It was yesterday,
Can you help me restore it?
There's no date to back it up.

Also, when I type my info in to go directly to the admin panel, it takes me to a totally different forum.

What browser do you use?

Did you clean your cache & cookies?

Oh! It worked.
Thank you very much.

Now it won't let me login with the password I had previously and the forgot password option isn't working.
