Admin Panel not working properly

Hey,

IDK if I'm writting in the right category, but... I have this problem and it kills me.
All I've got when I go to Administration panel is this:

All other devices are showing the same.

Any suggestions how to work this out?

Is it taking a while to load the admin panel page, or does it load with normal speed and appear that way?

With normal speed appearing like this...

We don't have the problem with your forum. You should try another browser, clean your cache.

I think it is just a problem of cache. Please note we also have some slowdowns today.

I have this problem with all known forums, not only mine. I tried all browsers I have - same, nothing is changing. Ant this problem killing me not only today. It's lasts a couple of days now.
Cache? my cache is crystal clear of cleaning it....

Are you the only one to have the problem or other members have on your forum?

Not sure about all others, but some of members have the same problem like i do.
