Description of problem
I'm using a domain bought through godaddy.com. I feel like I've entered everything properly, however, my website/forums still isn't showing up. I've included three screenshots. There's also an incident I didn't get a screenshot of.. a few times when I tried to refresh the page, it showed www.cabal2forums.us/5wKns (not that exactly, but it showed random numbers and letters after the address.)

Re: Domain not working properly
Hello,
Sadly this looks to be a problem with your domain host not us.
The problem is we do not give support for godaddy we can only really help if you would have made your domain name with us using the ACP.
My advice is to call godaddy and ask them what you have done wrong or what the problem is.
sorry we can not be of any more help.
APE.

Re: Domain not working properly
I understand I need to contact godaddy, but one question: I managed to get forwarding to work for the domain (people put in the domain name and it goes to the forums, but then it shows the original subdomain) - is it even possible to use an external domain name properly? Or only for forwarding?

Re: Domain not working properly
Let me get this right what you are saying is when you use the new domain name from Godaddy it's working ok now but if you use the old link that some members may have bookmarked it is going wrong and not taking you to your new domain name right away ?
Is that what your saying ?

Re: Domain not working properly
No, either link they use (either www.cabal2forums.us or http://cabal2.forumotion.com) - both end up showing up as cabal2.forumotion.com in the address bar.
Even though forwarding is working, I'd like to get www.cabal2forums.us to stay in the address bar when it's used to go to the forums. I know I have to contact godaddy, but I wanted to make sure that's possible before going through the trouble of doing so.

Re: Domain not working properly
Nevermind.. maybe it just took some time, but it appears to be working after I clicked the link in my previous post. Thank you for your help, APE. ^_^
