Admin Panel Not Loading Properly

I've used Forumotion in the past for a few forums I've created. Today, I started a new one and when I go to the admin panel to customize it, I see this:

Everything is pure text and I'm unable to do much. I went back to some of the old forums I've made, and it's the same for all of them. I've cleared my cache and tried a new browser, but nothing changes it. I'm not really sure what else I can do.

Are you using a mobile device or PC?

Can you please send me a test account via private message? Please have the account contain admin privilege so I can go to the Administration Panel.

Also does this happen on all browsers?

I'm using a PC, and this happened on both IE and Firefox. I don't have any other browsers.

Have you tried restarting your computer? I just checked the Administration Panel and it seems fine to me.

Yes, restarted my computer. I tried it again, just to be sure. But if you can see it, the issue must be my computer and not the site

Are you should that you cleared your browsers' caches?

Yes, I'm sure. I've done it several times. I don't think there's anything you can do to help at this point. I just have to figure it out on my own, but than you for trying.

Okay, I fixed it. The issue was my anti-virus, Kaspersky. For some reason it was blocking certain aspects of forumotion sites, including parts of this one. It's 'Private Browsing' settings were the issue.
