Issues with blank posts, missing notifications and page loading
Hello everyone, I'm very glad to join up.
I'd like to report a few issues, which have been occurring recently for several users of my forum. As far as I know, they seem pretty similar to problems which were taking place around the time of data center change by Forumotion over two months ago, but I don't want to say it with full certainty. My apologies for filing a bunch of bugs within one topic, but they seem to be occurring around the same time and fell down pretty heavily upon us. Anyway, descriptions can be found below.
URL: http://dominium.rpgboard.net/
Forum version: phpBB 3
Browser type: varies across bug types
Screenshots: provided under description of every issue
1. Empty posts - Chrome, Firefox, IE, Opera
These occur both in private messages, as well as ordinary threads. It happens randomly when sending new posts as well as existing ones. Issue happened most often around 11th to 13th December.

2. Notifications pop-ups not working, bar at the screen top missing - Chrome, Firefox
Notification pop-ups and notification counter in upper right corner stopped working. Info about new PM and thread posts did show up on notification page, though. The bar with notification counter at the screen top sometimes disappears (page refresh helps for this one). Issue started showing up around 3rd December. One of users with this issue has reported yesterday that bug's disappeared.

3. New post page is missing basic elements - Opera
Almost all text and emoticon options are missing sometimes from the new post page. It happens in case of one user only.

4. "Could not select groups" error after trying to open a new page - Chrome, Firefox
Today's issue, showing up for several users. Mentioned error message shows up sometimes after trying to open a page on forum. In most cases single refresh is enough to fix it.
EDIT: In case of one user (moderator, unfortunately) issue is much more severe - attempt to access almost every forum section results in error message with 100% reproduction rate.

Re: Issues with blank posts, missing notifications and page loading
Hello @David Yano,
1. ) Does this sound related to your problem ? https://help.forumotion.com/t137376-1314-posts-appear-empty
2. ) I've not heard of this, but it could have been a temporary issue if it stopped occurring.
3. ) Do you have any scripts installed on your forum that could cause errors ? Also, if the browser the member is using doesn't support JavaScript or Iframes that could also contribute to the problem.
4. ) Please see this topic ^^ https://help.forumotion.com/t137489-important-error-message

Re: Issues with blank posts, missing notifications and page loading
Hi, thanks for quick response.
Yes, it appears to be the same bug.
Ok, I'll get some feedback from users who had this problem and see if it still persists for anyone.
None that I know of - I can't recall any script updates or new script installation on our forum which would take place within last months (definitely not around the time of this bug's occurrence).
As for user's browser - I'll forward your question to him.
Ok, looks like the same issue. Should I write about it there?

Re: Issues with blank posts, missing notifications and page loading
Okay, thanks.
If the problem is still occurring, yes, it would be good to report it in that topic.
