Forumotion white pages

First topic message reminder :

Hello,
I just wanted to say that was crazy, you guys at forumotion need to fix your servers...  Almost if not all forumotion sites were just down for nearly an Hour On Christmas EVE?

I would like some answers as I am sure plenty of other forum owners would as well.

In all the pages. But that was a like 2 hrs ago. Everything's working smoothly again, now.

@brandon_g : Yeah, I didn't suggest everyone had that problem, but for sure it wasn't just me. Like last time, when you had trouble for 2 hrs getting onto your board, I didn't experience any problems on my site.

Now that Buttercup and the admins are back, I would apperciate it if an admin can tell us an official cause for the server crash and what forumotion is doing to prevent future crashes.
