Need help to turn off repeat the first post in all next pages

Myforum is phpbb3 version.

Here are the problems:

The first post in the topic is always repeat in all the next pages. It also include very thin blue line undernearth.

So, what I want:

1, How to turn off the first post repeat in all next pages and remove blue line underneath as well?
2, Is there anyway to keep this repeat of the first post in some topics that I want?

Hello,

I don't think it is possible to keep only the first message reminder in some topics. The feature is enabled for all topics or none at all.
