Are you talking about how to prevent yourself from double posting on the support forum? If so, then you can use the edit button on the top right of the first post. It is the small icon with the pencil/crayon. You are allowed to double post but it MUST be seperated by at least 24 hours.

I mean the script to prevent duplication Post in my forum
