Post Problem Empty Post Problem

When I make a forum topic, or attempt to post on a topic I am missing all the addons. There is no text color option, test sizing option, format option or anything else. Has this edition been removed from forumotion, or is there a way I can fix this problem I am having?

please give us a link to your forum as this is not in your profile.
Also can you give us a screen shot of what your seeing
and a screen shot of the quick reply box as well so we can see if its there on both settings
