Trouble Getting Rid Of The Portal

Hi. I am trying to get the portal off the forum index page. My homepage forum index still has the portal next to it and I have looked and set it to the forum index but the portal is still next to it. How do I get rid of the portal?

To delete the portal if you go to ACP --> Modules --> Portal Management --> You'll see an option to delete your portal.

No i don't want to delete it. I know how to do that. I want it off my forum index page. I have looked all over and I don't know why it is still there or if it is a glitch.

Maybe it's me, but I don't see a reference to the portal unless the permissions are higher than guests. If you mean the navbar link, you can add this to your stylesheet :

No that didn't work. What i meant was I want the portal off the main forum page where the board is. I just want the board there minus the portal.

Admin panel >> Display > Homepage/Generalities > Forum redirects to: Index page > Save

Yes and i don't understand why that didn't work. NM. Dated 12.30.14 I backed everything up and deleted the  portal. Please close this thread. Thanx
