I can't creat new Category, only forum

When you press Add to create a new forum/category/blog, the first question/option asks if you want a forum or category (or blog).

Hello,

Make sure that categories can be displayed at:

1. Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2. Display Tab
3. Structure and hierarchy (on the left, Homepage)
4. Select 'Split categories on index : Medium'
