Unable to creat topic

I created a foum section 'updates/discussion' after deleting a section called 'News' I had under main due to the Same problem I'm currently having. I try to post inside it and simply can't, I write out the post and can even preview it but once I try to post it simply sends me to the top of the screen (or maybe possibly reloading the page with all my written info inside it, if that's even possible) 
The other sections so far seem fine when it comes to posting, I'm just starting to get members into my rpg and need that section of the forum to work to update them on changes and organize role playing events. 

What could possibly be wrong and how can I fix it?

Perhaps deleting that forum and then re-creating it might solve the issue.

You could always try re-synchronizing your forum by going to ACP --> General --> Forum --> Configuration --> Re-synchronize forum --> Check Box --> Save

This is known to solve any bugs in your forum.

Thanks for the info Derri but it didn't seem to correct my issue. I have deleted the section multiple times and I'll continue to follow your advice just in case it does fix my problem in one of the attempts.


Edit: did it a couple more times and no change sadly.


2nd edit: I deleted it and made another version of it after re syncing it again an now it works. Thanks for he help!
