Getting notification to by credits to remove Adds when already done.

I spent 2000 credits recently on the 14th December,2014 to keep advertising off my forum for another 12 months, all went through ok at the time with 2,000 credits deducted... today i open up my forum and in the admin panel it's telling me i need to buy credits for ad removal by the 16th Jan 2015. It should be by the 16th Jan 2016.

Below is a shot of the credits i used for add removal. 



So obviously something has gone wrong some where.

I think Buttercup provided an answer here: https://help.forumotion.com/t138088-only-topic-problem-of-data-synchronisation#933982

There is a synchronization issue, so maybe the expiration date of ads removal comes back to December.

You should wait for Buttercup's answer
