Request a Username Change!

First topic message reminder :

Hello Forumotion Members Hello

Do you want to request a username change? If so, read the guidelines below and fill out the form to request a username.

Rules

You're only allowed to request a username change once a month and twice a year.
Members with warnings are not allowed to request a username change. However you can see how to remove a warning here.
Ensure the username you're wanting is not already taking by searching here.
You must fill out the form below to request a username. Those not in the proper format will be denied.
Private Messaging a staff members for a username request is not allowed.
Managers will keep this thread up to date with all username changes.

In your new username you had "Nayahsima" ( the h and s reversed ). I assumed you only wanted "Tokóro" added on so I left the first name alone. If the change was wrong, just let me know and I'll correct it. Mr. Green

Please see rule 1 in the first post. You have already changed your name twice this year. I suggest thinking carefully before changing your username in the future.

@Mika Shiratori done, but the Japanese characters wouldn't go through, so it was changed to the English version instead.
