Request a Username Change!

First topic message reminder :


Do you want to request a username change? If so, read the guidelines below and fill out the form to request a username.

Rules

1. You're only allowed to request a username change once a month and twice a year.
   
2. Members with warnings are not allowed to request a username change. However you can see how to remove a warning here.
   
3. Ensure the username you're wanting is not already taking by searching here.
   
4. You must fill out the form below to request a username. Those not in the proper format will be denied.
   
5. Private Messaging a staff members for a username request is not allowed.
   
6. Managers will keep this thread up to date with all username changes.

Can my username be "Wizard"? On my other forum that's my username. So, when I put my forum to advertise here, I want usernames to match. Thanks in advance.

please use the form to request a new username
also you can not use "Wizard" it is already taken by another member
