Trying to delete forum but lost password and email for forum.

Description of problem

Not sure if anyone can help me. I set up this forum 7 years ago and i thought that i had deleted it until i got a email to say that someone had joined. Problem is i cant remember password or the email and i want to delete the forum and remove posts ect. Is anyone able to give me a hand?

so i tried getting the new password sent to my email but all i get is The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security 

so not really sure how i can get it changed.  i was certain that i set up an email specifically for this forum but i cant remember it.
