no access to forum or utility or founder tools After my Windows 10 install

When the problem appeared : I just installed Windows 10 . Tried to log into my forum with the correct info . said I was wrong

Description of problem

I was denied access , wrong username and password . Tried to change password . said I needed to turn off disallow in my founders tools . went there used my different log in info . which I have handy because this same thing happened a couple months ago . Said wrong username and password . Not sure what the exact next step ? PM one of you some info ? My email is EMAIL REMOVED my founders email is EMAIL REMOVED The passwords are also different . Pleas email me what to do next .

not sure if the browser has anything to do with it . First tried edge ( new ) then tried Maxthon my usual default .

Try and use firefox and see if you can get in

Sorry about the emails . I completely forgot . They are far from private I think a quarter of the world already knows them . But I forgot that is not allowed here . I won't do it again

Ok . I now have dug out my desktop . Which still has win7 . I am able to log in to my forum as though nothing ever happened . I logged back out . Attempted again on the win 10 laptop . Same info . No access . You think if I install a new browser on a new windows 10 oper. sys . That a new ( firefox ) browser would interpret it correctly ? Have never even used firefox . I was planning on using the new win10 edge browser
If you message me back and confirm you still think I should try fire fox . I will . I need to find out why win 10 is not allowing my correct info . somehow . .
