Founder change for a dead forum
Hi, so long story short,
I was the owner of this forum back then but due to irl stuffs, I had to leave it to my admins. I retained my founder account just in case I come back. But when I came back, I realized the founder has changed, and all my administration power is gone. Since I can't do anything about it, I let it go. But now when I came back for again, the forum is dead.
I have 3 accounts (1 founder, 1 admin, and 1 member). However, I only have access to my member account now. They took both my founder and admin account. =(
The forum's been dead for about a year now. It's kind of precious to me and I want to revive it.
I would appreciate your help.
Thank you.

Re: Founder change for a dead forum
Thank you for your reply.
The problem is, the founder has logged in last June 2015, which means I wouldn't be able to change the founder because of the 6 months and 1 day rule. If the founder can not be changed, is there any way I can recover my admin account instead? It doesn't matter if the account is not the founder as long as I can do administrative duties on the site to revive it.
Thanks.

Re: Founder change for a dead forum
If you know the e-mail to the account you can send a recovery e-mail via this link :
http://rpg-haven.forumotion.com/profile?mode=sendpassword
However, that depends on if the security option is not enabled. If it is, then your last option would be to try and get in contact with one of the staff on that forum to help disable the security feature, reset your password, or give you administrative power.

Re: Founder change for a dead forum
Yeah, the thing is, they changed the email for that account. So I'm completely cut off of all administrative capabilities. And since the forum is dead, I couldn't contact any administrator.
I guess it's impossible then, huh?
Thanks for your support anyway. I appreciate it. =)

Re: Founder change for a dead forum
Yes unfortunately, I believe the only option would be to wait until the founder has been out for the specified amount of time.
