Email already registered to an account? Can't make forum. ):

Hello! ^^

I can't make a forum with either of my two emails, because in both cases it says that there's already an account for the email. Only one email ever used forumotion, and it was just to sign into a forum that someone else made, not to make a forum, while the other email has never been affiliated with forumotion at all.

Is there anyone available to check the emails and clear it so I can make a forum? :0

Hello can you please PM me your 2 Email addresses you are trying to use ?

I will then look in my tools to see if the problem is our end or if your Email address is used on a forum or other forums.

Hello i have ran a test and it has come up a Blank

Your Email address you gave has not come up in any of our tools to say you are a founder of any forum of our's

what I would say is try again making sure you add the address in and make sure the forum address is not already taking as some times if the Forum address (Not the Email address) is taken

I ran a test on the make a new forum and it let me make one but i did not do the last step

If you still have a problem i will then send this on to the head office

Please take a screen shot of the full page before you submit your forum and then a new one if you get the Error so i can send it on to the office.

Then send the screen shot to me In a PM so no one will see your data.

The problem was when you made the account it Was looking at your Email address as  not being right what I did was to Change the r To a caps R and The y into a caps Y As our system is a little slow on Yahoo some Emails from your site may not get to you so the best way to fix this is to make sure you add your site to the Safe list on your Email system

also the Email you got from us will have an address add that to your Safe account.
