Solved Domain name problem

I used some credits nearly 3 weeks ago to get my domain name back but it's still not working. The forum address should be carpfishingireland.com but I still have to put editboard in the address ??

Was it working three weeks ago when you purchased the domain name? Also did you purchases it through Forumotion?

No it had just ran out so I bought the credits through my forum admin panel
