Taking control of a forum

I have been asked to take control of the forum our Carp angling society use's, I asked for the password but no-one knows it. the forum is http://ni-carp.forumotion.co.uk/ and the only moderator I could fine is Chairman Chew. I have spoken to the chairman and he said that he does not know the password, could you send him a reminder as this is the only way forward I can see.

Who asked you to take over the forum ?
Where is the founder of the forum ?
Has the forum founder been away from the forum for six months and one day ?

If yes we can then get you to read this thread and reply to me about getting the forum handed over to you.
