Cool Toolbar I Want (Invision)

Bonjour, Good Morning! I need your help

I Like the appearence of the log in this forumotion forum has, They are on version Phpbb, I am running a invision forum, Do you know if its possible to have a Toolbar like this for my forum, I want the arrow also to be removed also. I'm displaying my current toolbar and a similar one i want.

Yes, I want to N to be there, Everything else gone and the right side to look like the first image.
