Number of views for some topic in last 24 hours

Description of problem

Is it posible to write a code of the following function:
1. It is specific topic in question (any topic).
2. When I move the mouse over the number of views for the topic, I want to see small window with number of views in last 24 hours.

Unfortunately we do not have access to these types of statistics, so it wouldn't be entirely possible to gauge how many people viewed a topic within a specified time frame.
