hello everyone~
I noticed something strange.
Some members [have published articles] have received points, but the number of articles shows 0.
I would like to ask about this bug and what code do I need to change to solve it?
It definitely appears on the forum, but it’s 0 in the profile.
Please help me again.

Re: The number of topics does not match the number of articles
Good afternoon!
Try AP - General - Forum - Configuration - Resynchronize your forum statistics - Check the box - Save.
After that, check the user statistics.
If that doesn't work, try synchronizing a specific user: AP - General - Forum - Configuration - Synchronize a user - Type nickname - Ok
After that, check the user statistics.

Hello @Winging I think there is nothing wrong here.
That is a reply count not the number of posts count.
The member made the post and as you can see there is no reply or comments by other members yet so the count stays 0 as soon as some one reply the count will go to 1 as you can see by other forums the count is working fine.

Re: The number of topics does not match the number of articles
Thanks, @Razor12345
thank you for your reply.
But the synchronization seems to be reset, so I don’t dare to use it for the time being.
(PS. I will try it if there is no other way)
Thanks, @Ape
Let me give you an example here.
Those who appear on the forum mean that they have published this topic. Logically speaking, publishing a topic = publishing an article. As long as [1 topic] is published, there will be [1 article].
I have selected members who have only published one topic for your reference.
What they have in common is that they both posted a topic and no one else responded, but the profile pages are different.
The affiliate link:【芸归影】(The number of topics is not the same as the number of replies)
- - - - -
The affiliate link:【mugu】(The number of topics is the same as the number of replies)
And it will be treated as if there is no post.
This situation really bothers me.
I may need your help.

Re: The number of topics does not match the number of articles
hi, @Ape
Yes, they did post a topic (reply), but the system recorded it as 0 and was listed in the "never posted list".
For example, this member:
The affiliate link:【芸归影】(The number of topics is not the same as the number of replies)
Although the number of articles is 0, you can see his posts by clicking on the link.
This is really strange.

Thanks, @Ape
I changed [Yes] according to your suggestion, and the problem still exists.
(I have changed it back [No] now)
Please check it out, forum administrators.
thank you.

Hello,
Did you already try what Razor suggested above? Resyncing the forum statistics should do the trick I think.

Here's the correct translation of the tip
Re-synchronization does not delete the data - the system updates the user's data on the forum.

Re: The number of topics does not match the number of articles
wow!
Thanks,@Razor12345 and @brandon_g !
your suggestion is correct.
Originally, I was afraid of clearing, so I didn’t dare to synchronize.
The number of replies after synchronization matches!
Sorry to go to so much trouble. @Ape
Thanks again to everyone who gave me advice. @Razor12345 , @brandon_g, @Ape
This problem is solved!
I hope other friends who encounter the same problem can also know this method.
