How to add text to the bottom of articles?

Description of problem

As it shows in the screenshots i provided, I'm trying to add text to the bottom of my articles. I tried different ways but haven't found a way yet. I know the issue is mostly likely easier to fix than i think. I provided a 2nd screenshot to show you want it to look like as a finished product. Thanks in advance for the help guys.

Are those widgets on the portal?

Kinda sort of.. basically what I have is a image that can be clicked and send the user to another site. I just want to add text at the bottom to give it a description like showed in screenshot #2.

I can provide my codes via DM to a staff member who has the expertise to help.

Yes I like it, the bottom screenshot is the version I prefer. I just need the description a bit longer and the "(read more)" hyperlink at the bottom.
