How to put chat room on forum in a tab

Hi, I would like to add a Live chat room to my forum, is there anyway to add a box that you have to click on to get it to come up? Like up their in the bar with the homepage / Faq/ search/ etc.

Yes, thank you. Howevr thats a chat room thet you don't have to refresh to see another message come up right?
