Administrator

I made someone administrator of my forum, but they can't do anything on it (moving a topic, deleting posts, banning people, etc). I can't figure out what the problem is. IF someone can help me, Thanks in advance.

Go to admin panel=>Users & Groups=>Group=>Groups Administration and click on this icon next to the administrators group. Now scroll down the page and look for this section "Group Members". In the "Add Member:" box type the name of the member you want to become an admin. Then click the "Add member" button.
