if you are having this problem please PM one of the following members of staff
APE  SLGray,  or brandon_g   only Pm one member of staff and if one of the staff are away then tell the new member of staff who you last spoke to so they can look this problem up.

To get your IP address of the member go to any posts they have made and click on the IP button on the post it will give you a list of IP addresses most of the time it's the first IP address that is banned so we will need that one but we do like to have more then one IP address so we ask you to give at least 5 of them.

To get the profile of the member just click on the name of the member on your forum and then copy the URL of that page.

As far as I can tell, she has tried password resends when initially locked out but none got activated as the system wouldn't let her. Should she ask for a new password or just use her original one?

It is up to her.

@Geocachingmama you as a founder can change the password your self just by going in your ACP.

Your member can give you a Password or you can give him / her a new one then when your member logs in they can change it in the profile page to something they like.

Hi, Sorry to get back with delay but my member is starting to lose her patience with all the "clearing up" she has to do. Visibly she gets everything through her internet, so it's an ordeal for her to have to reset everything. I had even given her the link to the info page on how to clear up her internet and she said she followed the instructions, did everything she had to and even unplugged her PC and Internet off the wall, before trying to log in, but in vain.
So here is the info for my member:

Hello @george20 No your member has not been missed but we did remove your member from the list already and you gave the report that he still could not get in.

Can you please PM me at least 5 of the IP addresses listed at the top so i can see if your member was listed more then once.
