Unfortunately he's been out on his boat using BT hotspots which is probably the cause of his issues.

If you are having this same problem please follow this easy step.

if you are having this problem please PM one of the following members of staff
APE  SLGray,  or brandon_g   only Pm one member of staff and if one of the staff are away then tell the new member of staff who you last spoke to so they can look this problem up.

To get your IP address of the member go to any posts they have made and click on the IP button on the post it will give you a list of IP addresses most of the time it's the first IP address that is banned so we will need that one but we do like to have more then one IP address so we ask you to give at least 5 of them.

To get the profile of the member just click on the name of the member on your forum and then copy the URL of that page.

As it didn't work for my member is there any other additional info I need to give you through a PM? Thanks, for all the hard work

One of my members has been having problems logging in for some time now.
Ive been getting around it by changing his password, But now when i try and log in as him im getting the same message.

"We have detected suspicious activity related to your account. To unblock it, please click here and complete the form"

When i click on the link it takes me to this page https://onlineguardian.net/certify.php?url=southwalestrailrider.forumotion.net
But no mater how many times i put in the Verification Code it just keeps coming back.
Any ideas?

Just want to add that besides Ape, you can also send the pm with the info to myself or @SLGray and we can all make a report of your issue for you.

I just wanted to add that so everyone is aware that Ape isn't the only one who can handle reports for this issue, in case he isnt online at the time of your report and someone else listed is. Though Ape is doing a great job of keeping up so far.

Surely there must be someone who can help us today, the weekend is well and truly over!

Please hold tight we have over 25 of you to deal with and now we have asked for 5 IP addresses and your members links we are doing our best to fix this.

as i have told you all before there is only one member of staff in the office that dose this and you have to think this one member has to do all the support forums not just the English support that could be over 2000 members all reporting a problem not just your IP ban problem.

We are working as hard as we can to get this sorted.

we also have other problem backed up from the weekend and bugs still being worked on.

We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Dear members that are having this problem.

There is no need to keep sending me or any other staff a PM asking when this will be done or the progress of it.

Sending a PM every 5 minutes will not make the progress go any faster, We are working on this problem now and we will post here when we have news.

We understand you are frustrated but we are looking in to it and we can only go as fats as one person can go.

Please keep an eye on this thread for more info.

Can the following members please ask your members to clear there browsers and then try logging in to you forum.

Unfortunately, my member, mariner, also still had no change when trying to get into their account this evening.

Good morning Ape, unfortunately June is still unable to login to our forum. I am just wondering here Ape, my user might not know precisely what you mean by "clear your browser", can you explain what steps the users should take to clear their browsers?

I am trying to open a test account, but a server is down for me to verify atm. Honestly technology!! I'll PM you with my member's details once I have the account open in case her IP address has changed again for some reason.

the good news is we have cleared your members names and IP addresses from our systems.

Please follow this to the letter or your members will be banned again.

  IMPORTANT STEPS FOR YOUR MEMBERS.

Please ask all your members that was banned to make sure they clear their browser cache.

THEY MUST DO THIS BEFORE THEY EVEN GO ON YOUR FORUM.
They should clear the cookies as well.

Q, What if my member still can not get in and still get the warning?
