What does it mean to resynch the forum? Does it affect any of the content?

Hi,
You will have to use this option if your forum needs to be refreshed. Sometimes when you create categories or forums they don't appear imediately. By using Resynch option you will retreive them.

This function also is useful if the displayed number of Topics or posts is incorrect, for example
