unable to access my acp

I am unable to get into my acp this just happened, i am in my forum because the page was left open all night but when i try to login to acp it says incorrect pass or username. I had my settings so i could reset password but that has been changed.. I do not have other admins so that is not the problem .. please help

So are you using the same password for your login to the forum?

Please change the title of your topic to something that is related to your question/issue, so that other users will be able to find their question/issue using the search engine.

yes its already in the box's usually i can just login with that .
The only reason i am in the actual board is because i left the page open all night..

I am sure if i logout of my page i will locked out of there as well, i think i need someone to go into my acp and allow password reset or just give me a new password and send via pm
