can't find admin panel in my new forum and I am the founder.

The link to your admin panel can be found in the toolbar (if you have it on):

Anyhow if you can't find those 2 links you can always type the following URL adress: YOUFORUM/admin

If your forum was this, the English support forum you'd have to write the following: https://help.forumotion.com/admin

Of course make sure you're logged in into your account
