    Description of problem

    Hi,

I have been using an external domain for my forum since 2015 but since yesterday suddenly my domain www.rajeevkhandelwalfandom.com is not directing to my forum. When I tried my original Forummotion domain, even that is not working.

Please help me to get back my forum on the domain.

    Hello,

Yes this is probably due to what Skouliki linked you to above. To find your new url, simply login to the forum utilities ( https://www.forumotion.com/utils ) with the email address and password you used to create the forum.

If this doesn't work, then send me a pm with the email address you used to create the forum and I can look it up for you.

Your domain name may have run out on our system and now to use a domain name outside of our own host you must have a package that allows domains hosted outside of our own host.
