Solved How Can I Find The CSS Files?

How can I find the CSS files, I have looked in Templates and HTML & JAVASCRIPT however cannot find the CSS files to add
a code or delete something

It's located in ACP - Display - Pictures and Colors - Colors - CSS Wink
