Removal of name in an inactive website/forum

Have you tried logging into the forum and just editing the post on your own? Otherwise you can delete you Forumotion account from that forum however the post will remain intact, just the username and image will be removed and replaced with "Guest".

aww too bad i forgot my username and password in that forum it has been a decade since I visited the website , is there anyway I can get rid of it? by taking down the website for example?
