button of time on sceditor

No sadly this button is server side and we can not change it.
I am not sure if a member that is good with codes and java can make one that will work with just 12hrs
I have not see it done before sadly.

If I remember right, this button takes the hour from your computer. You could change it so your computer shows your hour in the 12h system and then click the button and see if it works.
