Forum save / download VOL2

Hello,

I have asked about Forum save and you replied here that forum save should  be available within 1 or 2 weeks. (You should start to see backups of your forum within 1 to 2 weeks after you make it.)

I have completed a whole month today, payed for 2nd time but I still get the message that no saves are available.

We regularly make forums backups.

Currently, the last backup mounted and available is the one of 23/09/2019. Your forum having been created after this date, it is normal that you do not have access to any backup for the moment.

Yhe backups of the last few weeks will soon be edited to be available for you. When that is done, you will have access to the list of dates and could make your backup

What happened to: "Our system only does a full backup once or twice a week...... If your forum is only a few days old, then our system has not had a chance to back it up yet. You should start to see backups of your forum within 1 to 2 weeks after you make it." (link)

I used bold to indicate parts of the text that need to be noticed. I would also like a proper answer to our issue because you replied something different 2 weeks before and something different yesterday. Which is right?

Μaybe the answer is not yours but it still is an "official" answer..

In the previous topic, answer has been given by a volunteer staff. This time it has been given by a pro admin, which has for sure a better understanding on how it works.

In a perfect world, we would have one backup each week.
But as we are in a non perfect world, as mounting those backups is time-greedy, as pro staff may have more or less work (bug fixing, new developments, some staff ill or in holidays) you also might have 3 backups in a row and then two monthes with nothing and then 4 backups in a row again.

To make it short : there is no rules about availibility of our backups. They are up once pro staff finished to mount them. Thats all.

Backup is there now! Solved
