Founder Issues

Hi,

I have recently taken over admin on a site that has been inactive for a while. The founder wants to keep ownership, but doesn't want to be involved in the forum at all. I'm ok with that and respect her wishes, but there are a couple of things we need to do that are founder only permissions. We would like to keep the founder as listed, but would like to do some upgrades without needing to bother her. She has been very ill and we would prefer to do everything we can without bothering her.

The forum is https://soapsnlotions.forumotion.net/

We would like to have access to:
1. Storage and ad removal upgrades etc.
2. Ability to manage credits
3. Ability to give users an option of buying credits.

Please help.

The only way is to use the founder account.

Only founder account can access all thoses features and we cannot do anything if founder doesn't want to manage them or does not want to leave her founder account.

As long as you do not have access to founder's account, you cannot use her restricted features.
Only founder can give you access to her account. And of course it is strongly discouraged

Would it be possible to move all the information - forums threads etc. to a new forum on forumotion?

There is no co-founders there
