All administrators of their own forum can add good or bad karma for each character of the forum. I think you should make another tab in the Administrator Panel called "Karma Settings" etc. So you can manage the settings of this. For example: *Time between giving karma
*Minimal number of posts (Before adding karma)

Sorry if some other person has posted this already, this is probably a popular suggestions to Forumotion.
