Karma System?

Hello!
I am a Admin on my Forum and I am looking to see if there is a Karma system!
Not the *Points* System I already have that and that is used for contests
But Like I see many forums out there with a bar below usernames in posts which show

like how to give a person karma

+/- Karma

and then it shows how much karma they have
HERE IS A PICTURE BELOW FOR EXAMPLe of one i seen
is there any way to make one like that or get a updated version of it or something really would like this

This is exactly what I am after also.

Is there any progress that can be reported on this Karma matter, as it seems like there are a lot of forums that would love to have this function, by what I am reading.
